If you are in the market for a new home then you have until April 30th to take advantage of the home buying tax credit that has been in play for the last 8 months. This tax credit that has been part of the economic stimulus gives first time home buyers who qualify an $8000 tax credit and existing home owners looking to buy $6500. It is estimated that over 2 million people have taken advantage of this tax break and has started to show signs of helping the overall hosing market. As consumers look to purchase a new home the overall surrounding economy stands to benefit because of the additional spend that will take place in new furniture and appliances.

I love to go camping and there is just something about the outdoors that is special. You may think silence doesn’t makeĀ a sound, but it actually does. If you stay in the city too long and then get a chance to experience the outdoors, the sound of silence will be very obvious. It’s fun to throw on a pair of tactical pants and grab the fishing rods and camping gear for a weekend in the woods. It’s a chance to bond with nature and it also makes you appreciate the modern conveniences that we get to take advantage of everyday. I have a lot of good memories of going camping and would like to do it again one day. It’s hard for me to leave my computer right now and the bills must get paid. I haven’t been camping recently and I’m sure the next time I go, it will seem like the first time all over again. Staying up all night by a campfire is a great way to waste a night away and there isn’t nothing better tasting than that first meal you have back at home; after you have stayed in the woods a few days. Feel free to share your camping trips through the camping forum at outdoorbasecamp.com or experiences with me and I would love to hear them!
Or send us a tweet on what camping stories that you would like to share and maybe we will create a special list to specifically help those that love the outdoors stay connected.
There are even construction and service companies that specialize in everything from electrical to waterproofing basement projects that are using social media to attract new customers and keep their current customers up to date on their specials. I think we all could use help with marketing online better and network solutions can provide you with the tools and knowledge to be a more effective marketer online.

One of the greatest things of being a business owner is having the flexibility to create your own brand and meeting new customers. We started our business online about 5 years and have grown into many different avenues which some we never knew existed 2-3 years ago. When we paid for goods or transactions with business checks this was generally well accepted, but now a days the electronic commerce has become more widely accepted and trusted.
Early on we used accounting programs like Quick Books to manage our finances and still do and to print quickbooks checks is still a feature that we use on occasion when we are dealing with a local supplier or vendor not setup for online payment. This helped to keep our accounts in balance so that we were not having to reconcile accounts everyday. So as we keep forging ahead in our online adventure we will continue to explore new ways of doing business and tailoring our products and offerings to those of customers. But we will still use business enevleopes and cards to mail out occasionally as the personal touch of a letter still beats an email.
