It used to be that you would see a large presence at various trade shows and conferences where companies would use everything from pens to cheap wholesale sunglasses branded with their logo and brand in order to get their name in front of the public.
Companies that will be advertising in this years Super Bowl are even setting up special youtube and twitter accounts in order to chat and engage customers during the game. They are offering a sneak peak into their upcoming commercials and creating that viral buzz in order to maximize their ad spend.
