I completely agree. “Companies are now finding success in using social media to help brand their company as well attract potential new customers.”, so true. Social Media has come up as a blessing in disguise for new age sales people. They're able to connect better with their prospects, learn more about what their customers are saying, and gain better ground when it comes to reference selling.
